About Kettlebells

Kettlebell training is a great way to strengthen and blast fat! By their nature, kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs and arms. Unlike exercises with dumbbells or barbells, kettlebells involve large numbers of repetitions (the kettlebells centre of mass is extended beyond the hand, unlike traditional dumbbells). Kettlebells offer improved mobility, range of motion, agility, cardio vascular endurance and increased strength.

This class is truly amazing and one of the exercises we do utilizes 600 muscles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is for the lion within.
